Wedding at Water's Edge Vineyard
The sun became hidden behind storm clouds, every bride’s fear on her wedding day. As the ceremony wore on the clouds let loose and rain filled the sky. Pouring rain, but that didn’t matter. It never does. Storm clouds are just a part of life. John’s dad continued talking about marriage, poetically, on how to weather the storms together as husband and wife. Encourage one another, uplift and support each other through both words and actions.
John and Maggie’s day was proof of their love for one another, of their support of each other. Every detail, every corner was touched by Maggie’s creative hand. Plate’s filled with pizza, John and Maggie’s favorite food. Their wedding day was filled with wild weather from extreme heat, to monsoon rain, to a sweet Ohio sunset, all of which they weathered well.
Maggie and John may you continue to weather the storms well, dance in the rain, forgive as you’ve been forgiven and encourage each other in life’s journeys.
I am so thankful that John and Maggie picked us to capture their wedding and that I was able to second shoot for our favorite @veronicalynnphotography. May this video help you relive the start of your forever.
BLOOPER: As it rained outside during the ceremony, only one thought popped into Brandon’s head, “If you’re a bird, I’m a bird.” So we reenacted the Notebook scene. Any Notebook fans out there? Yep, I’m proud wife. :)
